Exchanges & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Pink Lips Bikinis. While we do not offer refunds, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or provide store credit for your unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date. All items must have tags and liners in place. Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. In order to do an exchange, please fill out your contact information in the CONTACT US section and we will assign you a Return Authorization Number. This number should be clearly written on the front of the package you return to us. Please fill out the exchange form attached to your receipt, and indicate what items you are returning as well as what you would like in exchange. We do charge for return shipping costs. If you choose to receive a store credit, you will receive an email with your credit value that can be redeemed online or by phone.

Embellishments on our bikinis can be very delicate but can withstand normal "wear and tear" over time. Our bikinis are hand crafted and carefully inspected upon manufacture however, if the item you receive is damaged or defective item, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unworn/unwashed item for the same item at no cost. Please contact Pink Lips for damages that occur after 30 days for more information and pricing. We are generally only able to repair items within 1 year after purchase, as we may not have the hardware to make replacements after this time period. Items being returned from repair MUST BE CLEAN upon receipt. Soiled damages will be returned to the owner as is.
Sale Price Policy
The price shown on the web site at the time of purchase is the final purchase price, no exceptions. if the price of an item has changed since you purchased that item(s), the new prices are not able to be transferred to any previous orders. We do not offer price adjustments. Sale items will not be exchanged if returned more than 30 days from date of purchase.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose, however, please be aware that all of our items are handcrafted and custom made so please allow an additional 1 weeks for items to be manufactured. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
